Banana & chia seeds bread recipe

What to do with ripe bananas?

Ingredients

75 gr butter room temperature

135 gr sugar

2 eggs

3 ripe bananas

200 gr flour

1 teaspoon baking soda or baking pwder

½ teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons chia seeds

Another super moist dessert with this delicious bread with mashed bananas and chia seeds.

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Place a parchment paper into a loaf pan.

Whisk the soft butter and sugar. Add the 2 eggs and 3 mashed bananas, whisk again until you everything is combined.

In a different bowl, mix the flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt and then 3 teaspoons chia seeds.

Add the flour mixture to banana mixture, using a spatula stir everything together.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
