3 cooked medium-sized organic beetroot

Freshly squeezed orange juice (4 to 5 oranges)

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Cream cheese (optional)

This is the easiest recipe to impress! The colour alone will stand out on your table and the taste will knock your socks off.

Beetroot and orange juice is a powerhouse combo; naturally sweet, refreshing, and full of goodness. The beets bring nitrates and antioxidants that help boost blood flow and keep your heart happy, while the oranges add a burst of vitamin C for a strong immune system.
