5 small squared sheets of puff pastry

3 fresh or frozen figs

1 pot of ricotta (250 gr)

a table spoon of honey or maple syrop

1 spring of rosemary

1 egg

I discovered there are Albert Heijn stores in Belgium, going to foreign supermarkets is like going on holiday. So I bought a few bits and bobs and made these puff pastry pieces.

Put the oven on at 210 degrees

Mix the ricotta with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and the rosemary finely chopped

Put the mix on the pastry leaving some room to fold the edges

Add the sliced figs

Beat the egg and wipe the edges of the pastry

Put the pastries in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes
