20 cl water

50 g coconut blossom sugar

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

pinch of salt

125 g all-purpose flour

150 g granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°F and grease a 23×33cm pan.

Peel and slice the apples.

In a saucepan, stir together the coconut blossom sugar, water, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add in apples. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, and keep stirring.
